On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the launch of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, “Ode to Joy,” NMEC organized a classical music evening titled “Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony: Ode to Joy,” in collaboration with the delegation of the European Union Mission in Cairo. The Cairo Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Egyptian Philharmonic Maestro Ahmed El Saedi, performed during the event on Sunday, May 24, 2024.
