The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization Hosts the Launch of the 5th Edition of the Global “Hope Giver” Campaign
The Grand Theater at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) in Fustat hosted the launch of the fifth edition of the global “Hope Giver” campaign, in a special celebration that reflects ongoing efforts to spread messages of hope and positivity from the heart of Egyptian civilization to the world.
The event was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, as part of its support for meaningful international initiatives and its continuous efforts to promote Egypt as a tourist destination and to integrate people of determination into society. This aligns with the state’s vision and the museum’s strategy to enhance its cultural and social role by hosting a wide range of artistic and humanitarian events.
The celebration featured the screening of a documentary film about the journey of international tennis player and campaign founder, Captain Anwar Elkamouny, in his battle against cancer. It also highlighted Egypt’s major achievements in supporting sports and people of determination. The event concluded with joyful musical and artistic performances by children, including a special show with renowned Egyptian artist Safaa Abu El-Saud, who joined the children in an uplifting performance that captivated the audience.
