Our Mummies Preservation Unit is equipped with 36 nitrogen nurseries, ensuring the meticulous preservation of mummies. It also features advanced devices for monitoring temperature, humidity, and light intensity, all essential for the sustained protection of these ancient remains. Additionally, the unit provides secure storage for wooden coffins, which are an integral part of Egypt’s rich funerary tradition.

Textile and Baskets Restoration Lab:

This unit is equipped to lift and load heavy stones weighing more than 120 kg, as well as restore all kinds of large and disassembled large parts of artifacts, amend these stones and allow for in-depth studies.
Mummies Restoration
The unit is divided into Mummies Preservation Unit, which contains 36 nitrogen nurseries for preserving mummies, where it contains devices for measuring temperature, humidity, and light intensity, as well as a unit for storing wooden coffins.
