Under the title “The Annunciation,” the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat has inaugurated a temporary archaeological exhibition in the Egyptian Textile Hall, showcasing masterpieces of Coptic art in celebration of the festive Christmas season.
Dr. El-Tayeb Abbas, the museum’s Executive Director, emphasized that the exhibition offers an exceptional opportunity for enthusiasts of Coptic heritage and art to explore aspects of Egyptian heritage that embody values of tolerance and peace. This initiative aligns with the museum’s commitment to highlighting cultural and traditional celebrations.
